What Ringleaf does

Log it your way

Every estimate is marked and you can change every value before you save it.

  • Snap a photo of your meal – your iPhone estimates protein and fiber on the device*
  • Scan a barcode (product data from Open Food Facts and USDA FoodData Central)
  • No fiber on the pack? Scan the nutrition label instead
  • Or just type: “Greek yogurt with berries and oats”
  • Favorites for the foods you eat every day

Your targets

  • A protein suggestion based on your body weight – or set your own with your doctor or dietitian
  • A fiber target with an optional step-by-step ramp (+3 g per week)
  • Two simple rings. Going over is fine – no red warnings, no streaks.

Dose-day notes (optional)

  • Log the days you take a weekly or daily medication
  • Rate nausea or constipation from 0 to 3 and see it next to your fiber log
  • Ringleaf gives no dosing advice and doesn’t interpret symptoms

Insights

  • Weekly hit rate for both targets
  • Your top protein sources
  • Patterns, like “On Mondays you’re 28 g below your protein target”
  • A 2-page summary PDF to share with your care team

Ideas

  • Protein ideas without shakes or meat, with filters for vegetarian, vegan and gentle options

Works with your iPhone

  • Writes protein, fiber and water to Apple Health
  • Widgets, Lock Screen gauge and Live Activity
  • Siri: “How much protein do I still need?”
