- Logging, the calendar, your full history, CSV export, Apple Watch, widgets and notifying are free. Kopfwolke Pro adds the pressure heads-up, the timeline, the doctor PDF and the pressure forecast in the widget: €27.99 a year with a 7-day free trial, €4.99 a month or €59.99 once.
- Where is my data stored?
- Only on your iPhone and, if you use it, your Apple Watch. There is no account, no server and no iCloud sync. For weather, the app sends a location rounded to about 1 km to Apple WeatherKit.
- Where do pressure and weather come from?
- From Apple Weather. Kopfwolke adds barometric pressure, temperature and humidity for your approximate location or a place you choose – you don’t type anything.
- Does Kopfwolke predict migraine attacks?
- No. Kopfwolke is a diary, not a medical device. It shows your entries next to pressure, sleep and cycle but does not evaluate them. The pressure heads-up is weather information, not a warning about an attack.
- Does Kopfwolke send messages automatically?
- No. After you start an attack, Kopfwolke offers your prepared messages, but you see each one first and tap Send yourself. The template for work does not mention a diagnosis.
- Do I need an Apple Watch?
- No. Kopfwolke runs on iPhone with iOS 26 or later. The Apple Watch app is optional and lets you start an attack from your wrist.
